Entities serving 50,000 or more people must comply by April 26, 2027; smaller entities and special districts by April 26, 2028. That includes school districts and library systems.   • Independent product development. Building a scientific data viewer application for macOS and iPad, currently in active public development, demonstrating full-cycle custom software design and engineering.
